My water main failed, so I needed an urgent repair. I had experience with Oak Plumbing and got a bid for a second repair or replace. I felt the right thing to do now was replace.
Harris put together the bid and explained the work to be done: how it would impact the yard, existing irrigation, and suggested some improvements. He was very gracious answering my questions (I had a few!) and his explanations weren't condescending—he was helping educate me vs. trying to "sell" me.
They came out and did the work and were very respectful to return my yard to as close as possible to its prior self (for having dug a 40-foot trench!). I also was pleasantly surprised that the irrigation PVC that was an expected casualty of the digging and would need to address down the road with my gardener was patched back together! Dennis is new to the company and came out to assist. They both worked very hard in 90° hot sun.
