I contacted Oak Plumbing around 6:30 a.m. and received a phone call back within 15 minutes. A plumber, Travis, was dispatched to my home by 8 a.m. Travis was amazing. He was super knowledgeable, personable, and kind! He gave me a quote right on the spot and answered all of my questions. Installation happened the same day. My daughter has used Oak Plumbing in the past and was always enthusiastic about the service and follow-up. My house lost water pressure on the hot lines. I phoned and was able to get a service appointment the next morning with a two-hour window.
