I called Oak and they sent a technician out the next morning because of a very high water bill I received. However, Steve looked around and confirmed that because the meter wasn’t spinning, there was probably no leak. We were both stumped as to what the problem might be, and Steve requested that the service charge not be promoted because he couldn’t find the leak or do anything about it. The water dept indicated I had a leak inside my home and my bill was $492, so I called Oak Plumbing around noon. Thankfully, Travis arrived just a short time later. There were absolutely no signs of a leak in my home—no drips, puddles, or water stains whatsoever; however, Travis was still able to locate the leak—as he said he could. There were no hidden parts or labor fees, and I was charged exactly what Oak indicated. Because of Travis, I am now able to show the water dept my invoice so they can deduct 50% of my consumption charges. Travis explained everything to me as he was working. He never hesitated to bring me current on his work. I would definitely call Oak Plumbing for any future leaks and recommend them to anyone in need of quick, honest, and professional service.
